Tackle poverty by holding your own Coffee Break

Making a difference to the lives of some of the world’s poorest communities is as easy as holding a Coffee Break.

Coffee Break is a morning or afternoon tea event that hundreds of Australians will hold during Fairtrade Fortnight (1-16 May).

Held in workplaces, schools, community groups and homes, Coffee Break is an easy way to support some of the world’s poorest farmers and  producers, from Papua New Guinea, East Timor and India, to Africa and Latin America.

We provide all you need to host your own event including the Coffee Break event pack.

Organising an event doesn’t have to be complex or time consuming. In fact it can be as simple as getting a group together to watch the short Coffee Break DVD and enjoying a great brew while you do it.
