Melbourne-based fashion label ELK have made a real commitment to ensuring workers in their supply chain are paid a living wage.  

They’ve also stated they will develop a roadmap towards a living wage and specified timelines for the next steps. 
ELK’s bold move leads the way for smaller fashion brands to take positive steps towards a fairer fashion industry.
