Eat Local Feed Global | Dining
The world produces enough food to feed everyone, yet one in seven people still go hungry every day. This inequality is a result of our broken global food system – but it’s a system that we can change. Join thousands of people across Australia by dining out in the lead up to World Food Day. Enjoy a meal at a participating restaurant and make a donation to support Oxfam’s lifesaving work tackling poverty and hunger around the world. On Sunday 14 October, venues around the country will be opening their doors as Eat Local Feed Global participating restaurants. Show your support by booking a table for a group, or simply for yourself. When it comes time to settle the bill, just add a donation to Oxfam’s work and help us to create a world where everyone has enough to eat, always.
